I'm working on GAE app and decided to use Cloud Storage, but faced similar
issue:
I've successfully enabled Cloud Integration on GAE Console/Application
Settings for my app, and it wrote "project was created successfully".
Then on Cloud Console I selected newly created project for my app, enabled
billing and created first bucket in Cloud Storage section. Then, I tried to
set permissions for that bucket, but when I checked it in list and clicked
button "Permissions", its window appeared and immediately closed with
notification "The account for the specified project has been disabled.". I
tried to create some file from GAE in that bucket, but it failed with 403
("Expect status [201] from Google Storage. But got status 403."). Then I
deleted this bucked and tried to create a new one, but got the same error
that account for specified project has been disabled. I tried another
project without billing but got the same error when tried to create a
bucket.
Other products seem to be working - I tried to create instance on Compute
Engine, enable various API - it's ok. GAE project is also working.
For now it is not working for almost 24 h.
I would appreciate your help (I can send app id by email).
