Our app has been disabled for more than 2 years and today I just realised it is still creating unpaid bills. The billing is stuck in grace period and it shows $2,617.84 unpaid balance. We have not been informed about this anytime so far and it didn't cancel itself automatically. What kind of a service is this?
We had removed all forms of payment therefore it couldn't charge any credit card but this is totally unaccaptable to see it have an unpaid balance even if it's disabled. Now we can't even stop it from generating even more unpaid daily expenses because we can't enable billing. I tried contacting the google cloud support thru email and thru twitter but no replies for the past 8 hours.
