Hi, I don't know if this is the right place, but I'm hoping either it is or someone here can tell me who to talk to.
I made an app in the last few days for Android, with a server running on GAE that alerts users in real time with rocket warnings in Israel. Due to quickly increasing demand, and the huge number of alerts, this will hit the free quotas today probably. I was wondering if anyone knows who to talk to about possibly extending some quotas during the state of emergency?
