Hello, The Google Cloud Status dashboard <https://status.cloud.google.com/> is indeed the best place to check for any outages in Google Cloud Platform. You can also follow the Google App Engine Downtime Notify <https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/google-appengine-downtime-notify> or Google Compute Engine Operations <https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/gce-operations> group, however outages may not be posted there first.
