Hey Andrew, Seconding what Nickolas has recommended in the general case that you have an issue in production to request feedback / guidance on (or if you merely want to report it), although in this specific case, since the issue should be a relatively quick investigation and you've supplied all necessary information, I'll be happy to look into the issue from this thread alone. For anything other than one-off spot-checks, it's 100% advisable to post in the Public Issue Tracker, otherwise.
