Hello, we have a single app, which is deplyoed on different appengine projects. One of them for dev purpose only, with very low traffic. On saturday we got billing alert for this dev project and found out that frontend instance hours are pumping up. For some reason we got 5 instances running constantly. If we shutdown some, it is restarted immediately. There were no taks in queue and no traffic to the application. We didin't have any configuration for automatic-scaling, so we use the default one. This behaviour was not noticed on our other projects.
