I would like to use memcache in my custom flexible app. The memcache setup guide <https://cloud.google.com/appengine/docs/flexible/php/using-redislabs-memcache> suggests
1. Create a Memcached Bucket using Memcached Cloud <https://redislabs.com/lp/using-memcached-cloud-multiple-languages/>. Be sure to specify GCE/us-central1 as the Cloud for the lowest latency. Since my app is in the europe-west zone, would using GCE/us-central1 defeat the purpose of memcache (speeding up the app)?
