I've already been through their guides and it works for me most of the time. The exact same commit will work after restarting it a few times which tells me it's not an issue with my configuration but something else. I believe it is a Google Cloud problem because nothing with the pipeline changes, it's using the same config file every time. The step that gets stuck every time is when I am deploying to GCP. Other people have had the same issue when deploying directly rather than pipelines so I believe it is an issue that belongs here.
