As for this issue, you can report it to us by using the Google Issue Tracker <https://cloud.google.com/support/docs/issue-trackers> as Google groups is more suited for conceptual questions and discussions. However, this looks like it may not be very straightforward to reproduce on our side as this specific issue you are having is only happening using Bitbucket Pipelines which is why I believe Bitbucket may be better suited to investigate this.
