According to the Vision API docs, each response block has a set of related
vertices, like the following:

        {
          "description": "ABBEY",
          "boundingPoly": {
            "vertices": [
              {
                "x": 45,
                "y": 50
              },
              {
                "x": 181,
                "y": 43
              },
              {
                "x": 183,
                "y": 80
              },
              {
                "x": 47,
                "y": 87
              }
            ]
          }
        },

You'll need to capture the point that the user clicks and cycle through
each block to see whether the point is within the block's boundaries.
