Thanks for the help.
OK, after I upgraded my browser, the "Delete" button is back.
But I remember that there is a link on the quota page to show the usages 
day by day (30+ days).
But now this link is gone, so I couldn't see the why my app uses so much 
more resource than before now.
Could you confirm that this link is really removed?
