Again, thanks for your help. I clicked the "Quotas page" link in the Quotas pages under App Engine in another Firefox browser. Then the Quotas page under "IAM and Admin" is opened. I didn't find the "load usage" link on either of the two Quotas pages. The Quotas page under "IAM and Admin" does list many App Engine quota items, but I didn't find "Instance Hours" in them.
