Update: I found out why this is happening: it happens for the users
that are newly created from the control panel and didn't sign in ever
before. If the user logs in once without SSO (via the page which,
among other things, shows the "Terms of service" text), the SSO works
after that.

Connected to that: I can't turn off the "Require a change of password
in the next sign in" field in the user's properties for such users. It
stays checked when I click "Save changes" but navigating to the user
list and then again to the same user shows me the checkbox checked
again.

Can I get a confirmation that these issues are really present and is
there a way around them?
