Sorry I didn't have time to elaborate further before. I'm pretty sure you're out of luck when it comes to authenticating against Google accounts (hosted or otherwise) so your best bet is to authenticate directly against AD and then have Google authenticate against it too via the SSO (SAML) API, and/or a commercial solution like Sxip Access.
