First, make sure that your SSO integration is accepting the relay URL
FROM Google.  Typically, when a user requests one of your urls (such
as: http://docs.mydomain.com), then they are redirected to your SSO
login page and Google passes the destinatino url (in this case
http://docs.google.com/a/mydomain.com).  You shouldn't have to mess
with the relay url in any way.

Now, once a user is logged into Gmail or Docs, or other, they should
be able to click on the link to other GoogleApps in the top tabstrip
within Google (the tiny set of links at the top).

However, it also sounds like (according to your question), you may
also be asking to FORCE users to always land on the partner page after
logging into ANY GoogleApp??? IS that correct?
