In case anyone else is experiencing this problem here is the response I got from the Google API team
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Hi Will, Thanks for contacting us. I believe this is a known issue we recently discovered with user accounts who have set their preference to basic HTML. As a workaround, can you try closing the browser to clear session cookies? Or explicitly delete all google.com cookies? Then restart the browser and sign in again. In the future to avoid delay you can contact the Google Apps API team directly (choose "API"): http://www.google.com/support/a/bin/request.py On May 28, 9:34 pm, "Julian (Google)" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Hi Will, > > This issue seems to be specific to your domain, we may need more > specific information to troubleshoot the problem. > > Please, submit a support request, instructions on contacting support > are in the control panel. > > Thanks, > Julian. > > On May 28, 5:17 am, wcnanker <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > > Please fix the issue. > > > I have customers that think that they need to change their email > > address to @gmail.com and they are complaining. > > > I am able to get the email working again by switching them to standard > > view, but the customer is already upset by the time that they call. > > > Thanks, > > Will > > > On May 27, 10:28 am, wcnanker <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > > > I figured out the issue. > > > > Every email address that hasbasicHTMLset as default has this > > > problem.
