Hi,

I think this is an issue with Gmail, and not the Email Migration API.
If you look at the raw rfc822 after migrating (via the "Show original"
message menu option), you should see the correct Date: headers.  But
Gmail seems to display time with whatever the current time offset is,
irrespective of daylight saving time.
