Hi Madesh, To use IMAP and/or POP, each user needs to activate them on their Gmail Settings. If you need to connect to their mailboxes you will need their username and password. The provisioning API does not allow you to read users passwords, but if you have a system with user credentials you can update the Google Apps password with the password in your system using the Provisioning API update user function.
