Are you saying that you wish to use Google's user datastore as your
authentication backend? In that case, it is impossible unless you
choose to deploy your application on an App Engine app with GApps
authentication.

If you are saying that you want Google Apps to return a user's
password, that service is not provided. As Julian wrote above, you
have the ability to change passwords, but not to read them.
