Hi all, We're happy to announce the release of the Email Settings API. Among other things, it will allow admins to programmatically set send-as, forwarding, and POP3/IMAP enabled.
Users will still have to agree to Terms of Service to use POP3/IMAP, however they will no longer have to manually enable POP3/IMAP.
