Hi Sam, I've posted some code over at the Python client library contributors discussion group for both Email Settings API and Email Migration API.
http://groups.google.com/group/gdata-python-client-library-contributors It's an open source project, so feel free to join the group, review the new code, and post any feedback to that group. After the code is reviewed and accepted, it will be packaged into an updated Python client library download.
