We need more context to say what it means to "use Caja" here. Who told you to use Caja, and what exactly did they say?
Are you using a restricted web host who told you it was necessary? If so, then it's just a matter of making sure the shopping cart is compatible with running in the Caja sandbox.
Was it someone just giving advice about how to secure your web site, and suggesting you use Caja to embed the shopping cart?
