The latter;
I love the look of the shopping cart being embedded into my site via an
iFrame... but one of my customers said that iFrames were NOT the place to
embed my cart because there is no security. I guess people could hack into
it or redirect the data or something.Thefore... I Googled iframes and found
out that he was right. That's where I found a solution... "use a CAJA". I'm
not sure one a CAJA looks like... but it seems important.

I've tried Googling CAJA and I can't even tell what they are talking
about... so I'm completely lost.

We need more context to say what it means to "use Caja" here. Who told
you to use Caja, and what exactly did they say?

Are you using a restricted web host who told you it was necessary? If
so, then it's just a matter of making sure the shopping cart is
compatible with running in the Caja sandbox.

Was it someone just giving advice about how to secure your web site,
and suggesting you use Caja to embed the shopping cart?
