I looked at the light.xml again. Since the input URLs are of the form:

  http://caja.appspot.com/imaginary-2/canary2.js

and since we control the caja.appspot.com namespace, we can ensure there is
no collision.

Ok, no benefit to omitting. I agree we can keep 'em then. :)
