Ok, looking into this again -- The "AllTests" target relies on "playground" which should include the "heavy" precajole so as to include jQuery.
Is there any more reason to have "heavy" and "light" precajoles? I'm tempted to just have one precajole for everything, containing both the canary and jQuery stuff.
