Animate was handled in issue 1783
https://codereview.appspot.com/11949043/ handles transitions.
I think http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css-transforms/ is the last major remaining
piece.
After that, it may make sense to make schema lookup insensitive to the
presence of a vendor prefix like -moz, -ms, -o, etc. instead of just having
separate entries for vendor prefixed properties.
