The documentation on gCal:accesslevel at http://code.google.com/apis/gdata/calendar.html lists a possible value:
"contributor" Current user has full edit access to the calendar, except that they can't change the calendar's access control settings. FYI, I looks to me like the actual value for this level of access is "editor".
