I am considering switching to Google Calendar to drive my website's
online calendar.
When I add an event to google calendar, I can add an event title, a
date range of the event, a location, and a description of the event.
I, however, need to be able to enter a contact name for each event. As
a workaround, I could add the contact name within the description
field, but I am most desiring an additional custom "Contact" field to
add a person's name and phone number on the "Create Event" screen. The
contact person for the event, in most cases, will be different than the
person creating the calendar event.
Is this possible to add a custom field to event data through the
standard Google Calendar interface? Or would I have to customize an
add event page on my own website to interact with google calendar? Or
none of the above?
Thanks,
Mike
