You might have multiple possibilities, depending on your requirements:

* You could add the contact as an attendee. There you should have
multiple possibilities, adding many fields of information with a
'Contact' kind. The Contact would then also show up in the UI, but I
believe only the name and email. I am not sure if additional
information persists though, I have never tried it. AFAIK it is not
possible to add web content directly to the create event dialog, there
is however a webcontent tag, search this group also for examples.

* You could add the information with the gd:extendedProperty tag. If
you search this newsgroup you should find many examples on how it is
used. This property does not show up in the Google Calendar UI though
and is also not searchable (yet). You could however use this property
with the api if you are creating your own application to display the
calendar data.
