Hello, The best way to accomplish this would be to create a non-primary calendar and share that entire calendar with others. For instance, you could create a calendar called 'Troup 184' or something of the like and include all the scouting events on that calendar, and provide access for other users as you wish to view or update that calendar. I'm not sure if you've used this feature before, but you can click the '+' icon next to 'Other calendars' to accomplish this.
The other option would be to just include others as invitees to the events you're creating. That will allow them to add the specific event to their calendars.
