Greetings Denise,

     You can create multiple accounts by clicking the "+" symbol next
to the "My Calendars" label in the left hand column of the your Google
Calendar application.  Its an interesting idea but I think you will
run into problems with allowing each candidate's staff ability to
manage a calendar.  This will require some application overhead to set
up a system to restrict access to competitive candidates such that
they can't destroy each others information.
