Hi,

There's no limit on the number of connections per day, and that error
code doesn't look like one of ours, so we're gonna have to dig a
little deeper.

Are you using the Zend_Framework or writing your own PHP code?  Have
you been using SSL to connect or is that something new?  Could there
been any recent networking changes that could affect your connections
(e.g. firewalls blocking traffic)?
