Hi Lane Thanks for the reply. I believe I was getting the problem you described by just passing a reminder time but having no default set. I will do some more testing and have a look at the 'method' attribute and let you know how it goes although I guess I will have to wait until your release again to test it fully. Do you know generally if it will be days or weeks until a new release as I was looking to add reminiders support to our product in our latest release too because we have an angry mob of users who would like this feature supported. :-)
