Another thing that gets pretty pointless with these fixed reminders: snoozing alarms.
The snooze example given at [1] will fail since the absolute time is not one of the valid values. This means I can only snooze as long as the snooze time is before the event. This means users might miss their events, since they expect a reminder even after the event started. Currently the only way I have to snooze is to use extendedProperties. I urge you to back out that change.
