I've been updating my code to add extra functionality and occasionally I
hit a problem when trying to POST (or DELETE or whatever) something.

I'll post the request, get a 302 redirect to the same url with a
gsessionid parameter and then perform the POST again with the same
paramters but to the new, session-id enabled url.

And I get a 404. Not only that but the content is in HTML makes that if
any meaningful error message was in there then I'd have to extract it
first in order to display it in my app.

I've rolled back to old versions of the code and they don't work either
(although they did when they were released).

Is this a Google bug?
