Just found the reason: <gd:visibility value='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#event.public'></ gd:visibility>
"public" is the problem! <gd:visibility value='http://schemas.google.com/g/ 2005#event.default'></gd:visibility> "default" is working... seems to be a bug in the api ?!
