We have been trying to do the same thing:
- Is there any default authority that the Google Apps administrator has over calendars within a domain? When Authenticated as administrator, you can create/edit/delete entries in any calendar in your domain. However, to be able to create a calendar for a user you will need to be authenticated as a user. - There seems to be potential in the concept of sharing a Students calendar with an Administrator (full write permissions). Are there any issues associated with the number of calendars that could be shared? We are looking at potentially over 1000. We went the other way: we have created admin accounts (they don’t have to be domain administrators) where we created calendars that are shared with students, but with read-only permissions. This allows us to manipulate the calendars easily without knowing students userid and password . There are issues with how many calendars you can create per account in a day (20). I don’t know of any issues with sharing. On Jul 18, 4:24 pm, Simon <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Hi, > > We would like to use the gCal api to create individualised timetables > for our Students.
