I have created a vertical bar chart (see url below) which uses the
data point label
chm=N*f*,000000,0,-1,10,0
to label each bar with its value.
This is great!

My users asked that some horizontal lines (range markers) also be
added to the chart, so I added the
&chm=r,006400,0,0.8333333333333333,0.8433333333333333|r,8B008B,
0,0.3,0.41

It seems as tho I can not have both chm=N and chm=r as I either get
one or the other..... not both.  Is this a bug(yikes) or am I not
coding correctly (wouldn't be the first time)...

On a side note.... the charts look ok in FireFox, but will not render
in IE.  Also, I need to round the 0.83333333333333 to 0.83.  I'm very
new to javascript... any ideas on how to round to 3 decimals?  The
value is calculated on the fly.
