that's not about the privacy of our data. We're not afraid of that. I
guess the API provides some methods to secure that data - encode/
decode - to secure the raw data.

My question #1: According to the TOS - Can we use the Chart API on
private pages, where users needs to be logged in - so the charts
aren't available for everyone.
As far as I know, Google Maps API (according to its TOS) may be used
only on pages, which are on public (where login is not necessary).

My question #2: Is there in API any official way to insert into
JavaScript charts our own picture (logo), or we have to do that the
CSS-positioning-and-z-index way?

btw. We'd like to use the Interactive charts.
