Regarding the TOS - I'm not a lawyer - maybe there is an e-mail for
questions or a link to a FAQ page - but I don't know - I can understand why
Google would want to make information as free as possible.

Regarding your second question - as far as I know there is no way to add
such logo - but maybe the above discussion group has other information.
