Hello,

I am trying to create 5 projects for educational software that I have
developed.
I created 3 successfully, but I am currently locked out for the other two
because
of the 24 hour limit. I'm not sure from when you are counting 24 hours!
Could you please release this? I don't plan on creating more than these 5
projects
in the foreseeable future, well under the 10 project limit.

Two of my projects were rejected because of name conflicts with sourceforge.
One of them (daj) has been released, but the other (jspin) has not. I have
corresponded
with the author of the latter who has agreed to release it as the
sourceforge project
never had any files uploaded and he is currently using another name. (I can
forward his
message, but I'd rather not do it on an open forum.)

As a personal opinion, while I agree that warning about a conflict is a good
idea,
I don't think that the owner of a sourceforge name should have veto power
over
a name on google code. In my case, I can document publication of my names
_prior_ to their use on sourceforge. Why should publication in sourceforge
be
considered as more important than publication in professional literature
like the ACM digital library??!! I don't think that google should set itself
up
as a judge of these matters.

Thanks

Moti
