Our company folded, and we're looking to release our source code under the GPL, just so that the effort wasn't completely wasted. Yes, we do have the copyright, and I'll be expunging anything that's not GPL- compatible before uploading it.
As such, it's not really a "project", since we'll probably not be doing any further work on it.
