Hi Chris,

Google Code is a platform for hosting of open source software. As far
as we can tell, your software is not open source:
 - There is no source code in the Subversion repository on Google Code
 - The "GPLv3" license you announce on the project is not compatible
with the disclaimer at
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Office-tools/Diary-Organizers-Calendar/Google-Calendar-Client-for-Windows.shtml
 - The only project contents is downloads, and do not provide a
"source code" package.

Given this, we came to the conclusion that this project was abusing
Google Code as a generic file host, instead of using it as it was
intended, to host open source projects. This is a violation of our
terms of service, which is why the project was closed down.

To get it back, the trivial solution is to make your project actually
open source, by providing the source code, ideally by making your
version control repository public on Google Code, alongside the
downloads. If you do not wish to make the program comply with the open
source terms you gave for the Google Code project, that's fine, but
you won't be able to host it on Google Code.
