It would be nice if there was a way to separate the notifications.
Each source code commit is potentially very important and generally
represents the culmination of a chunk of work.  Wiki edits, on the
other hand, are often not that critical and sometimes there will be a
whole bunch of cosmetic edits made in rapid succession.  Mixing the
two notifications risks masking out critical source code commits in
noise.
