1) Unfortunately, that won't work.  The word "wiki" doesn't show up in
the subject line (unless the author uses a comment containing the word
"wiki").  For example, here's one of the subject lines: "[snapbackup]
r116 commited - Added explanation."

2) For a big important project, it's probably fine to tell
contributors to setup an e-mail filter to remove extraneous project
messages.  My project is still small and contributors will be working
rather infrequently -- I really prefer not to annoy them.
