Hello, I built a mind mapping gadget for Wave and have been calling it Brainwave as a working title (which I grew rather fond of). When it came time to move it to google code so that I could let the world have it I found the name taken but not in use (ie http://code.google.com/p/brainwave/ hasn't been updated in the months since its creation and there is no code or documentation available to suggest they're working on anything). I emailed the guy who owns the project and haven't heard back in over a week, so I'm asking you. Is there any kind of a "use it or lose it" protocol by which I could have you secure the name for me so that I can release?
