No - if it's on googlecode it has to be public.

There's no way to make the source in the repository private and if you
upload binaries without source they'll take a very dim view of it and you'll
end up getting the project banned.

People seem to have mixed views about google but you have to hand it to them
they really do make this VERY clear.
