This is the original import into github, done by Paul Hinze:
http://github.com/phinze/tircd

Paul Hinze seemingly has moved on to other projects, but if you click
on the network page you can see the forks by Jon DeVree (google code
user Nuxi17), myself (github user drags), and Ola Thorenson (google
code user olatho). All 3 of us are active in the projects issue
tracker as well as contributing code on github.

The most recent commit, by Olatho is here:
http://github.com/Olen/tircd/commit/074304cb98ac7bb85b2e2629eee7538eab4d1e5e
