I am asking, weither it is allowed by google TOS to host source code for harmful, malicious and otherwise disruptive software.
A example of this is: http://code.google.com/p/m0d-s0beit-sa/ which is a very annoying multiplayer cheating tool, and google seems to tolerate this bad projects to be hosted there. That cheating tool hosted on google code is very disruptive to the sa- mp online playing community, it uses questionable cheat hooking tactics to fool clients, and causing all sort of issues for the regular players. I want to know what i can do against such malicious projects.
