Sorry for the delay, but there's something very ... strange ... about
your case.  Normally when you create or edit a wiki page, each time
you 'save' it gets committed to your svn repository in the top-level
/wiki directory.  But as you pointed out, your "activity stream" shows
the wiki edits (and eventual wiki deletion), but *no* associated svn
revision numbers with any of these actions.  And sure enough, svn
claims you never made any commits other than r2 (which was to add some
files to trunk).  So we're investigating the mystery:  where did the
wiki save your file to?  We're digging to see if there's some sort of
obscure bug here.
